At COLDEX, we are serious about what we do, and we have been doing it for a long time. We rent to students. That’s it. We keep it simple. We are passionate about our customer service, and strive for perfection. If you are happy with our service, that means we did our job. If you are not happy, please tell us. We will do whatever it takes to make it right!

Due to the nature of our most important customers, students, we communicate almost exclusively via email info@coldexrents.com
This is the most efficient method of communication for busy students, all with different class schedules and social activities.
All COLDEX staff and service representatives carry BlackBerrys to ensure prompt response to
inquiries or service issues. If you are a parent of a student in residence, we also communicate
almost exclusively via email!

We strive to respond to all emails within 24 hours.
As a last resort, COLDEX has a toll free phone number 1-800-268-2653, and a local phone number 905-833-0013. We do our best to respond to phone messages as soon as possible. Yes…. we even have a fax 905-833-3346, (but can’t remember the last time we used it!)
